hmm i dont have much time to blog after school has started. so well, actually not much things happened exactly. just that mountains of homework has been piling up for the past week and i really have to do some catching up.. sighh but where to find the time!! ahh i just wrote a list of things to do and there are 10 of them! sigh.
anw, just a brief summary of what happened lar. hmm oh we had band dinner on wed night! haha=) i recommended the place where s52 played hide-and-seek last year! haha. as usual, it was pretty quiet. but still, it's a nice place where the whole of marina square could be viewed. and we even had a mini star gazing session! haha. i mainly talked to serena, elaine, jervis and the ij girls. ahaha(:
oh thursday! the day i have been looking forward to since the start of the week! hahaha SHOPPING WITH MENGMEI! heh. really had a great time shopping=) whee. and really nice having great company like her! haha. can you believe it? we only shared crispy chicken from shilin street and the fried mars bars with ice cream for the whole time! wow. shopping really makes me forget about hunger hur. hehe. yea anw, i bought a pair of HEELS from MONDO! omg it's so so SO SO SO nice! even my sis says so(: yay. great now i own a pair of heels. yupps and i bought a belt to go with my dress too. and a nail buffer from sasa. haha. OH mengmei bought: a white top, high waist skirt, belt, necklace. haha. see it's so productive shopping with me! hmm ya.. we ended a bit late though.. cos if some dress which we waited for more than an hour and that stupid woman did not buy it in the end. haha. o wells. the shop owner was really nice and friendly though(:
FRIDAY: wow i totally dreaded coming to school. fancy having phy lect early in the morning! sighh. so boring! yea but after that was fun! we had the cny perf. AND DOMINATING DRACO WON the fashion show! awesome man. heh. and yay we celebrated BEN's BIRDAY! lol. the paper on his back totally looked too small on him! haha. and as usual, he got smeared with whipped cream. and there was a nice cake for him! plus a bottle of BAILEYS mint chocolate. awww i also want! :P (and i brought my shot glass for nothing loh! humph) a PENCILCASE. cos his current one is rusting and rotting already. HAHA. yupp(: i wonder how does it look like... haha. hopefully he starts using it next week:P hahaha.
had lunch at aston's and came back after that. no visiting this year. haha i feel so bad.. never ying shui si yuan. o wells.
OH and i got myself an organiser already! i'm gonna do a total revamp to it and i promise you, it will be the bestest nicest and most innovative and creative organiser you have ever seen! hahaha. sounds awesome, doesn't it? haha. wait wait wait.. and see it! (it's still in the making) haha.

BAKING AT LOU'S HOUSE!!! 050109
BANANA OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES!!!hey wow it's the new year already!=) haha. oh today's 7thjan! which is the day matt's gonna go army! haha good luck. and to all the rest of the seniors who are on the 8th and 9th! haha=) oh i have been packing band lib scores and doing the cataloging for 3days last week! haha and the whole thing's finally done(: yay. so proud of myself. and of cos, all those who helped as well! really really thank you a lot! and esp nic and lg, who didnt have to come actually. heh. yupp, thanks to dan who keeps nagging at me since dunno when. mayb sept or oct! ahaha=) yupp but without your nagging, all these wouldnt have happened. lol :P we didnt take much pics. actually, never at all! cos everyone's just too busy with the packing and there was no time. hehe. ahh how i wished we could at least have a group pic so i can post it here. yupps. o wells.yay! after packing the lib on mon, i went to bake! hahaha=) with LOU, WANSWEN, GAB, BEN AND YELUN! ahaha. we make such a great team man! yupp. we went to giant to buy the ingredients needed first. yea, ben and yelun were really tired after their training so the atmosphere was kind of dead. plus, the cup thing made it worse. hmms. BUT after we reached lou's place and started unpacking the stuffs, some magical things happened! haha everyone's tiredness and moodyness were gone! heh(: how wonderful right! well. the pictures speak a thousand words. lol :P enjoy!
me resting at the omg-wonderfully-nice-to-sleep-in hammock! haha. how i wished i had one. seriously, once you get in there, you'll never come out! it took me like 1hr to come out lar. haha but this was after everything was finished. i just lied there while talking to everyone=) hehe.this is one of the very first steps: scouping the butter! haha. see how i carefully mashed the butter into the tablespoon? haha i did that like 12times okie! it's really not easy.

hmm generally, the cookies were really mouth-watering and nice smelling as well! they tasted nice! as you can see from what charmaine tagged=) heh. i offered them to the banders today! yupp but the only minus factor is that they were too soft! haha. o wells. the first time! cant expect everything to be nice and perfect right! haha. i'm really very satisfied with this result already! hahahaha.
ya.. really wonderful experience that i had! with my fantastic fabulous crazy bunch of friends(: wheee. the photos are just pictorial memory.. but the smell cannot be saved! haha. the smell of the butter-sugar mixture. and the smell that was coming out from the cookies while they were in the oven! oh man, trust me. it's heavenly! heh.
wow. after reading all these, dont you just wanna start baking your own cookies? haha. gogogo! start NOW! :D

WHEE! ytd was christmas! and orchard was really super packed with people. haha there were even people doing line dancing in the middle of the road outside tangs. hehe. yupps we ended up at nydc! haha. no pic to post cos i cant be bothered bringing my cam so hopefully the kind souls will send me the photos=) hehe. MEI. OLI. NAT. SHIL. LIQIN. SHARM. i love all of you man! really miss those tkg days! ahhhh. well we must have a christmas gift exchange the next christmas okie! haha. hopefully i wont be that broke by then.

TODAY: haha. BAND OUTING @vivocity! wootz. lol dunno why we always end up there too. but at least it's convenient for me. hehee. 40plus ppl went for the movie i think. hehe. bedtime stories. hmm quite nice lar. then we had mini shopping though it wasnt really shopping. daniel the shopping king bought a bag! haha i wonder how it will look on him! lol:P yupps then we dabao food up. played a few games like tuki tuki, chop chilli chop was a failure this time=/ haha. sean what are you doing!! oh and we played wacko too. but it was fun la. seeing everyone again! hehe. ahh and daniel's choco got squashed in my bag! some choco got smeared onto my ipod and stickers. luckily it didnt touch the inside of my bag! heh. ya and i ate it, quite yummy. there's marshmellow on top of the choco biscuit. hehe.

wow okie third one now!hmm ya just a review on what i have for this week! haha=)tmr will go to make my new ezlink. but i dunno where to take passport size photo yet=/ sigh. okiee and maybe make new library card and go popular to report loss. all these will be done at hougang. yupp then evening got bbq at bryan hoe's house! lol=) haha hopefully it'll be funn! like 1/3 of our class ppl are going! ahhaa(:wed: will be christmas eve! with is sharm piggy ahma chor chor's birthday! haha happy 80th birthday!(: lol. no la.. finally sweet 17 hur?! hehee. happy birthday to you in advance!!yupps then i'm finally gonna have a family day! my mum was saying smth about riding on the open deck bus(those for tourists kind) around orchard! haha so lame. but well, anything lar. i havent really seen orchard lights this christmas too. so no life la.. havent been to orchard since that time i went shopping with mei which was more than 1month ago i guess. lol:P then hopefully we'll be able to find some nice place for dinner! i suggested MUSHROOM POT!! ahh miss the soup there!thurs: CHRISTMAS DAY!(: YAY merry christmas everyone! haha. going out with my dear tkg friends! mei, oli, shil, nat, xiu, sharm, kelly, liqin, delia. hmm ya.. hopefully everyone can make it! then i'll have the nicest and warmest christmas ever!friday: band outing! ahaha(: dunno what's planned so far but it'll always be fun with banders! yeah man! hehe(: looking forward to it! wootz:Pwonder when's the next time i'll blog.. probably next year! lollast christmas i gave you my heart.. and the very next day, you gave it away! awww. this christmas i wont be so stupid anymore! lol:P

Volunteer Appreciation Night!(: 201208

haha okie one more post! wow what a breather! fancy posting 2posts in one goal! haha(:
yupps. the venue that peirong, huihong and i were supposed to meet the other ppl (we didnt even know who was coming and the number of people that was going to turn up) was at smu settlers cafe. lol so we reached there at about 3pm.. then we waited and waited and waited. finally a familiar face appeared and somehow he recognised the other volunteers too. and it turned out that they have been waiting too! the worst thing was they were just beside us! lol so diao right! ahaha=)
before we were about to leave for the games and activities planned, i realised my wallet was missing. then i recalled that i left it in the toilet at about 3plus. but by the time i knew about it, it was already 4plus. so i dun think i'm gonna ever find it back again! ahhhh. well, at least i'm quite fortunate cos i didnt have much money and what i lost was just ezlink, popular card, minitoons and a few other cards. though it's pretty troublesome that i must take passport photo again. haha(: but at least it wont be that ugly tkgs photo anymore. hehe. o wells.
yes, we split everyone up into 2groups! and i was the game leader for my wonderful group! haha my group was made up of super clever ppl and they are from really good schs! like 2 HC high guys, 3 DHS and 3 RV one. haha. smartasses! lol. okie, but they are all really nice ppl. and our group completed all the stations! gosh we were super on la! heh=) so proud of them! and through this, i also met ashley tan yuan zeng. urgh -.- stupid guy who keeps talking non stop like a chatterbox and he keeps suan-ing, fighting and arguing with me! haha but it was fun la!
we reached Settlers' at 7plus. then after dinner, we played the game of life! wow my first time playing it and it's actually quite fun. omg.. i was a single mum with 5 kids. tell me how pathetic is that!! ahaha=) and everyone kept laughing. haha whatever man! better than someone who live at the BEACH. ahaha(: at least my cottage is warm and cosy(: heh. but we didnt finish the game in the end.. so sad=/ but nvm! we'll play it the next time we meet! ahaha.
had a great day! phew we manage to catch the last purple line train back! everything went on smoothly and really thank peirong for her hardwork and effort in orgaising VAN! lol and myself too(: yay great job! i love VAN! my group totally rocks my socks! lol:P
